The Students Hunger Brigade 890 camp @Nrs Hospital kolkata

🇮🇳 Freedom from Hunger on 79th Independence Day 🇮🇳

On 15th August 2025, The Students’ Hunger Brigade in partnership with St. Thomas Day School and the Anti Hunger Squad Foundation organized a Free Food & Water Distribution Camp (890 Camp).

🍲 Over 500 people were served wholesome meals and safe drinking water at NRS Hospital Gate No. 1, in the presence of Mr. Aniket Deb Roy, Principal, St. Thomas Day School.

Together, we celebrated Independence Day with the truest form of freedom — freedom from hunger. 🌾💚

(Aligned with UN SDG 2 – Zero Hunger)
