Challenge

In response to a massive attack on Israel on October 7th, the Israeli Gov. declared a 'state of war'. The Israeli Army ordered mass evacuation of Gaza neighborhoods, cut electricity and water. UNOCHA: 123,538 Palestinians are displaced in the Gaza Strip. On Oct. 9th, the Israel's Minister of Defense extended the siege, ordering, "There will be no food, no fuel, everything is closed." Intense bombing is underway. A Gazan's Reminder:we are just ordinary people trying to live."

Solution

Our Palestinian Non-Governmental Partners together with dozens of volunteers, will provide emergency food, water, blankets, hygiene supplies, and solar lights to the thousands of families in Gaza now taking refuge in private homes and UNRWA schools.
